Oak House offers affordable, mixed-sex accommodation in single bedrooms for up to eight students per flat. Flats in Chestnut block also have a washbasin in the rooms.
You'll share a kitchen/dining room, two bathrooms and two shower rooms.

Oak House has a lively student atmosphere and offers more affordable rooms.
You'll also be close to the University's sports facilities and Fallowfield's busy shops, bars and eateries.
We are currently redeveloping parts of the Fallowfield campus, including building new halls on the site of the old Owens Park Hall. At varying times, this will create some disturbance to varying parts of the site. We will continue to work with the contractor to minimise the impact on residents, but you should bear this in mind when accepting an offer of accommodation at Oak House.
